Date Night

Break the traditional data night blahs.  Don your chef hat and coat and prepare for a one-of-a-kind chocolate experience in a working chocolate factory.  Learn side by side with our highly experienced chocolatiers making your own truffles and dipping hand selected long stem strawberries. Best part, take all your treats home you don't sneak while making!  No experience required.   

Chocolate Tasting Experience

Milk, Dark and white, of course. However have you tried Ruby or Gold chocolate? How about premium Nacional origin chocolate from the hills of Ecuador? Join our chocolatiers to try various chocolate samples of the season while understanding the various chocolate techniques that make these chocolate a true indulgence.

Advanced Chocolate Artistry

Be a Chocolatier for a night! Let our experts at Bitzel's teach you how make the treasures we are known for. You will be able to make everything yourself with the guidance of our staff to casting liquid chocolate and sealing them. With very little equipment and a few basic steps, you can create your own chocolate molds for all your family's occasions.

Chocolate Camp

Have fun is what I say!!!! Dipping and decorating pretzel rods. Decorate marshmallows, create your own miniature chocolate bark or even fun-loving Oreo's dip while decorating ooey, gooey rice Krispie treats. Let the inner kid come out.  Age requirement.  No children under 10 permitted. All children must be accompanied by an Adult.   

Chocolate 101

Introduction and deep dive into chocolate, origins, process, history, tempering, and bean to bar process. Guests will experience the science of chocolate from bean to truffle, while learning the science & techniques for professional chocolate making. You will leave with a deep appreciation of the art of chocolate as well as freshly made creations to share with friends and family.
